Alliance Business Center reception staff will provide you with detailed tracking and tracing information of your shipments.

• Outgoing courier – Please leave the document/package at the reception and they will fill the airway bill for you. You can also check prices with the Center Reception team.
• Incoming courier – All incoming courier packages will be received at the Reception. The Center Reception team will sign for your package if you are not in the office and telephone or email you immediately on its arrival. The package will be delivered to your office - if you have an assistant kindly ask them to collect the same from the reception. For deliveries during your absence, please inform the Center Reception staff, we will collect the package for you and store it in your office.
